How We Work

The Gilbert Scott Associates Search System is comprised of six proven steps, which when combined, will find the right interim or permanent member for your team.

  1. Taking the brief – fully defined in our Search Project Plan and confirmed by you.
  2. Search – we use our network and a range of tools to reach active and inactive candidates.
  3. Qualification – we use a 21-point qualification process that excludes unsuitable candidates.
  4. Presentation of candidates – in the format and style preferred by our clients.
  5. Progress reporting – typically we provide a weekly update on progress made.
  6. Post-placement support – for all new starters through our informal onboarding process.

Here at Gilbert Scott Associates we are committed to consistently high standards of behaviour.  Our Promise of Service defines the level of service our clients, consultants and candidates can expect from us.

Should you feel we have broken any of these promises, we will donate £200 to the charity of your choice.

  • Complete honesty always.
  • All candidates fully briefed on the role and the company.
  • We will deliver what we promise or tell you immediately if we cannot.
  • Consultant and candidate CVs will accurately reflect their skills and experience.
  • We will respond to all requests within 24 hours.
