Head of Service Delivery required by a global organisation in South West London who is about to embark on a significant greenfield IT transformation programme due to the recent acquisition of the business.

Location – South West London with hybrid working (two days per week remote)

Salary – £80,000 to £90,000 + benefits (car/car allowance (£6k), bonus up to 15%, pension)

To qualify the Head of Service Delivery will have a demonstrable background in service delivery/service management, a good understanding of the ITIL framework and principals, excellent tier 1 vendor management experience, a history of working in a similar organisational structure to my client (i.e. corporate, with multiple territories all run as separate businesses reporting into a group function), a broad understanding of IT infrastructure components and strong communication, customer facing, relationship building and interpersonal competencies.

Any experience of working internationally, fluent French, a knowledge of ServiceNow and/or working with field-based end users are all desirable but not essential.

The Head of Service Delivery will be responsible for the creation of a new service delivery function as part of a wider IT transformation programme due to the recent acquisition of the business. This will include the creation and continuous evolution of a ‘To-Be’ IT support operating model, the definition and oversight of escalation processes, roles and responsibilities and the creation and maintenance of an IT operations service catalogue via internal resources and tier 1 vendors.
