Head of IT Operations required by a not-for-profit organisation in central London with hybrid working (two days per week remote).

Salary – £100,000 to £120,000 + benefits (30 days’ holiday, 35 hour working week, good pension)

To qualify the Head of IT Operations will have a demonstrable background in IT Operations/IT Infrastructure Management, a broad infrastructure technology remit to include data centres, 0365, telephony, firewalls, SAN, experience of managing multi-site, 24/7 and ideally similar user base (c3000 users) environments, excellent people management and completer finisher competencies, a proven track record within problem and incident management, knowledge of ITIL and the ability to communicate with both IT and business stakeholders.

Your role will be responsible for leading three teams of IT professionals (Infrastructure Architecture, Infrastructure and End User Support) who manage and maintain the business-critical IT infrastructure on a 24/7 basis.
