Business Analyst

Business Analyst required by a not-for-profit organisation covering the south of England and London who has recently initiated an adoption and modernisation customer service improvement programme though digital transformation and technology.

Assignment – Business Analyst
Location – Remote with very occasional travel (i.e. once per month) to London or Hampshire
Skills – Business Analyst, Business Analysis, Housing, Data, Process Improvement, Lean
Duration – Initially three-months but could extend for an additional three months
Rate – £400 – £450 per day (outside IR35)

To qualify the Business Analyst must have a demonstrable background within business analysis including the application of appropriate tools and techniques, a background in the housing sector, knowledge of data discovery, data mapping and process improvement/LEAN and good stakeholder management and communication competencies.

The assignment is to work on an operating model project, undertaking data discovery, As-is and To-be process mapping, performing LEAN reviews and recommending clear deliverables to help deliver the change.

The assignment is initially for three-months but could extend for an additional three months
