IT Service Management Analyst/Consultant required by a not-for-profit organisation in central London with hybrid working (four days per week remote).

To qualify the IT Service Management Analyst/Consultant will have demonstrable experience in IT service management, a good understanding of ITIL to include hands-on experience improving service operations, a working knowledge of ISO 27001 including operational control implementation and strong communication and stakeholder management competencies.
The assignment will be to conduct a baseline maturity assessment against best practise for ITIL service operations and ISO 27001. This will include assessment of the current state, documentation of existing processes, identify gaps and suggest best practice where processes can be improved or new ones implemented.
The assignment is initially for three-months however further extensions are possible.
