IT Project Manager/Consultant (Housing Finance)

IT Project Manager/Consultant (Housing Finance) required by a not-for-profit organisation in central London with hybrid working (two days per week remote), currently integrating an acquired business into the host environment.

Assignment – IT Project Manager/ Consultant (Housing Finance)
Location – Central London with hybrid working (two days per week remote)
Skills – IT Project Management, Housing, Housing Finance, Housing and Asset Management (ideally NEC but happy to consider other systems)
Initial end date – 31st of March 2027 with possible extension
Rate – £475 to £515 + VAT per day (outside IR35)

To qualify the IT Project Manager/ Consultant (Housing Finance) will have:

• Experience of implementing or transforming housing finance systems
• Understanding of the dependencies between Housing and Asset management systems (ideally NEC but happy to consider other systems) and finance codes for rent setting and reporting
• Experience of managing projects with operational and technology stakeholders
• Be a self-motivated project manager with demonstrable experience of project governance and delivery to milestones within time constraints

The assignment is assuring the impact of data integration upon the housing finance interfaces (HFI) and managing the decisions and process changes that will arise where there are differences identified between the acquired company and host.

The assignment has an initial end date of the 31st of March 2027 with possible extension.
