Head of Software Delivery required by a not-for-profit organisation in central London with hybrid working (three days per week remote) currently undertaking several technology led change projects and programmes. This includes a cloud first strategy and greenfield CRM build, both of which are key objectives for this newly established role within the organisation.

To qualify the Head of Software Delivery will have the following:
- Proven experience in a management role within software development or software delivery, with a record of successfully managing and delivering complex software (both internal developed and off the shelf) projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent vendor management experience to include examples where vendors have been inherited and the relationship significantly improved.
- A background within the MS Stack to ideally include both Azure and Dynamics
- A cloud first mentality
- Be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders with a variety of needs and wants.
- Can provide a clear structure and plan in what can be an ambiguous environment.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, delivery and time management competencies.
Your role will play a critical role in leading and managing the software delivery function both via internal and offshore resource. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software development life cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and objectives. Key initial projects include establishing a new department including a cloud operations function, a greenfield CRM build, Azure optimisation and to create stronger relationships with the offshore vendor.
