IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager required by a not-for-profit organisation in Kent with hybrid working (three days per week remote), currently integrating an acquired business into the host environment.

Assignment – IT Project Manager
Location – Kent with hybrid working (three days per week remote)
Skills – IT Project Management, Business Change, Compliance, Risk, Housing Sector (including repairs)
Initial end date – 31st of March 2027 but an extension is likely
Rate – £475 to £515 + VAT per day (outside IR35)

To qualify the IT Project Manager will have a track record of delivering complex/high profile IT projects, demonstrate a strong background managing projects within business change, compliance and risk, have a knowledge of the housing sector (to include repairs), be comfortable managing multiple senior stakeholders across various departments with a variety of needs and wants, be a proven self-starter with strong collaboration, delivery focused, relationship building and integrity competencies and have the ability to provide a clear structure and plan in what can be an ambiguous environment.

A knowledge/understanding of Awaab’s Law is desirable but not essential.

The assignment is to be delivered in two phases. Phase one focuses on assessing the acquired businesses’ readiness to implement Awaab’s Law (Phase 1) from a compliance, risk and IT standpoint. Phase two centres on planning and executing a successful migration into the host environment.

The assignment has an initial end date of the 31st of March 2027 but an extension is likely.
